Jim Shaw

As CEO, Jim Shaw leads the Solential team in developing energy projects that include solar PV, microgrids, energy storage,building and systems upgrades, and floatovoltaics. He oversees all aspects of Solential’s business, developing and implementing innovative energy strategies for customers. He has more than two decades of experience in technical oversight, design, and implementation of complex energy projects in seven states across the Midwest. Jim is a graduate of Indiana Tech with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has completed SEIA Specialization Training including PV 101, 201, 202, 204 NABCEP.
